fantastic views and landmarks just a stroll away

during my recent stay, I loved being able to walk just a little over 2 km to both the Big Eddy Covered Bridge and Mad River, which provided stunning scenery and plenty of perfect photo ops. The warm welcome I received from the staff made me feel right at home from the start.

the tucker hill lodge had spacious rooms that offered some comfort. the location is pretty nice, close to the valley, making it easy to explore. i appreciated the adequate closet space provided. the coffee facilities in the room were a nice touch as well!

Perfect Stay for Families

Our family stayed for a week, and the breakfast was something to remember, huge buffet and Kevin's blueberry pancakes were incredible! The atmosphere was warm, Patty and Kevin made us feel like we were at family gathering, their hospitality was top-notch.

We had an amazing stay, especially enjoying the delicious banana foster French toast for breakfast and the clean, comfy room after a long day on the slopes. The lodge offers great relaxation opportunities like the cozy reading nook and warm fireplace to unwind. The only small hiccup was that the restaurant was closed on Mondays, but it didn’t take away from our experience—just plan ahead! 🍽️

I had an amazing time here! The breakfast choices were fantastic, especially the delicious French toast, and I loved the cozy common areas. Plus, Kevin and Patti personally made sure we felt at home throughout our stay! I’d definitely return for more of their incredible hospitality.

With beautiful gardens, a cozy bar with a good selection, and breakfasts featuring standout dishes like banana foster French toast, it all set a fantastic atmosphere for our gathering.

While the bar area looked inviting, it was closed during my stay, which was a bit of a letdown since I had planned to enjoy dinner there. Additionally, the property, while beautiful, could feel a touch isolated if you're unfamiliar with the surroundings, and exploring nearby spots required a little planning.

Super cozy place! The Standard Queen Room had comfy linens, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. Breakfast was delightful with freshly baked pastries and fresh juice. The pub offers a great vibe, and the burgers were amazing. The staff treated us like family. A perfect location for skiing nearby!
